VHF Scout KS-12 compact antenna height 20cm 1db

Scout KS-12 is a compact antenna for VHF radio designed for use on any type of boat, it is characterized by extremely small height (20 cm) and diameter (10 cm) measurements. The antenna is externally identical to the Wave and Sea-Connect models, to obtain an aesthetic balance of the boat.

The hermetic cover of the KS-12 is made of UV-resistant ASA material, to avoid yellowing over time. The hermetic cover of the Wave is made of UV-resistant material to prevent yellowing over time. The antenna offers two types of possible installations: on a standard base with 1" x 14 thread connection or directly on a flat (non-metallic) surface using the template and the mounting set supplied with the antenna. Both installations are easy and quick implementation.

Both installations are easy and quick to carry out. The connector is SO 239 type.

The KS-12 is supplied with 6m of military grade top performance RG-58 cable and two male PL-259 connectors to complete on-board installation.
