When will you dispatch my order?

99,5% of the orders we receive are dispatched within 24 hours. All the items you find on maremossoforzasette website are in stock and for this reason we are able to dispatch them quickly. Should an item be unavailable, it is marked accordingly in the website and it is not possible to order it.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes, we have a minimum order of € 26.00 for goods + transport costs, unfortunately below this threshold we are unable to ship due to the high costs of packaging and preparing the goods, the system has a block and below this threshold it does not allow to complete the order.

I have a company in EU, can I have a VAT-free invoice on my purchase?

Before purchasing, register on our website with your valid VAT ID number of your company and after contact us by email. We will create a special profile for you so you will see the prices of products free of VAT. then enter your VAT-free order, We can only ship to the country where your company is based.

Once you have registered, notify us by sending an email, after a quick check of your company we will activate your account for automatic VAT-free purchases.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are calculated automatically by the website and they are based on the weight and volume of the item ordered. Shipping charges are always shown in your cart before order confirmation. If you want to know how much your order will cost all you have to do is: add the items to your cart, go to the cart and then click on checkout, at the checkout select the destination country automatically you can see the transport costs before confirming the order.

How can I pay for my order?

this is a safe payment method but it is not immediate. It will take a few days ( from 1 to 3 ) before we receive the credit and only then will we be able to dispatch the item to you.

Who will deliver my order?

EU Countries: we use mainly two courier companies, DHL and DPD that generally deliver orders within 3/5 business days in Europe. Once your order is fulfilled you will automatically receive an email from the courier with order details and tracking information.


Extra-EU Countries: we use mainly DHL courier company and worldwide shipping generally takes from 3 to 7 business days. Once you order is fulfilled you will automatically receive an email from your our courier with order details and tracking information.


Important: as far as Extra-EU countries are concerned, orders could be subjected to extra taxes or customs duties or even banned and prohibited in your country. Before buying, please check with your national tax administration which has the competence in this matter. We offer shipping insurance and in case of a defective item or loss you will be refunded or provided with a new item.

Attention, important : Before you take the item please make sure it is intact, closed, unworn and not wet. If not so please report the damage to the courier as soon as you get it. Should you take a damaged item without reporting it promptly to the courier, we cannot help you in any way.

The item I received is not what I expected. How do I return it ?

If you change your mind about the product you have purchased you can return it within 14 days without specifying the reasons. You will be responsible for shipping costs and you can return the item the way the most suits you.

I have received a damaged or defective product, what should I do?

If you receive a defective and never used item, contact us via email for assistance: info@maremossoforzasette.it. Please indicate order number and a full and detailed description of the issue. Once we have verified your claim, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our own expenses.

I entered the item or address wrong in my order, what to do?

We do not have the possibility to modify the items placed in the orders by our customers, we can cancel the order if it has not yet been shipped, the paypal or credit card payment commissions will not be refunded, the 3% commission will be retained from the refund of the your payment. As regards orders paid with cash on delivery or bank transfer, it is possible to change the shipping address (if the goods have not yet been shipped) with a communication to: info@maremossoforzasette.it. For orders paid with Paypal or Credit Card it is not possible to change the shipping address.
